Tsholofelo Phiri is the Founding Director and major shareholder of Seonyatseng Learning Institute, a visionary leader in accredited training, skills development, and strategic transformation. With over a decade of experience in learning and development, she has built a reputation for excellence in project implementation, compliance, and educational innovation across multiple sectors. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Witwatersrand, and multiple certifications in facilitation, assessment, moderation and curriculum design. Her career spans impactful roles at Standard Bank, Servest, SA Business School, and the Retail Motor Industry Organization. At Seonyatseng, she has spearheaded the rollout of national training programs, managed BBBEE audits, and driven accreditation expansion—positioning the institute as a trusted partner in youth empowerment and corporate transformation. Tsholofelo blends strategic insight with operational discipline, ensuring every learning intervention is both compliant and meaningful. Her leadership is grounded in people development, quality assurance, and a deep belief in education as a tool for restoration and legacy-building.

Melissa Snodgrass is the Managing Director of Seonyatseng Learning Institute, bringing over 12 years of experience in business development, skills training, and strategic project management across South Africa’s education and empowerment sectors. With a BCom degree in Economics, Econometrics, and Business Management from the University of Johannesburg, complemented by specialized certifications in Wealth Management, ETDP Assessment, and an MDP (BBBEE). Melissa’s career spans leadership roles in various training institutions.
Her expertise includes managing large-scale SETA-funded projects, launching regional training branches, and driving BBBEE-aligned learning programs. She has overseen national operations, facilitated training for both abled and learners living with disabilities, and built high-performing teams in rural and urban contexts. Known for her strategic foresight and operational discipline, Melissa combines financial planning, client engagement, and compliance mastery to deliver impactful, accredited learning solutions. Melissa is passionate about empowering youth through education and continues to shape inclusive, sustainable pathways for skills development in South Africa.
