About the Directors
With a degree in Industrial Psychology, and over 7 years of experience in the management and coordination of skills and development training for private corporations, Tsholofelo is the majority shareholder and Director of Operations at Seonyatseng Learning Institute. She founded Seonyatseng Learning Institute in 2018 in order to share her passion for skills development and opportunity exposure.
As the co-owner and Executive Director of Seonyatseng Learning Institute, Melissa comes from a background of Project management, with more than 10 years of experience in the training and development field. Her degree in Business and Economics allows her to follow her passion for making meaningful contributions to skills development in South Africa.
To deliver affordable, quality training solutions that can assist both learners and clients to make a meaningful contribution towards real transformation in South Africa.
Our focus is to provide a superior client centric service to both the employer and learner. We endeavour to offer training solutions that are tailored to our client’s specific skills development needs in order for them to achieve compliance as effectively and efficiently as possible.
